is there anyway to show others and show targets all the time? im left handed, playing with cursor keys, and i use ctrl and num0 for show enemys, show others. since im a chest hunter i keep pressing both these keys down all the time... i have seen thru options and try to bind em to caps lock or somt, but that dosent help...

Stop using the cursor keys. Force yourself to use the WASD area of the keyboard - you'll have easier access to the CTRL and Alt keys, and as an added bonus you can use Q and E to strafe. It'll be worth the effort. =)
I've also bound the 'show enemies' command to my mouse thumb-button. That helps me a lot also. (to answer your question though - no.) |

Don't think there is a way, so you're stuck with it. Oh and finally, an explanation for ur utter noobishness.

I'm left handed and manage to play all games fine with default settings
It's personal preference though. |

I've developed a really nice callous on my left pinky finger from having to hold down CTRL for hours at a time.

I'm left handed too - but I use the mouse right-handed and work the keyboard with my left hand. Ambidexterity FTW, I guess.
My advice still stands. |
